In today’s digital age, hashtags are more than clever captions, they can be rallying cries. At Chip’n Away at Heart Disease, we use hashtags to spark conversations, spread awareness, and build a community that is committed to fighting the nation’s #1 killer: heart disease. 

Each hashtag we use carries a message. We will share with you what they mean and why they matter. Starting with #FightHeartDisease 

 This is our “battle cry.” It’s about standing up to the silent killer that affects millions. Every screening, every educational session, every outreach event is part of this fight. Why it matters: I have watched not only my own loved one, but so many others battle this cardiovascular disease. There is always hope! It is important to note that many people through lifestyle changes have made improvements. This hashtag helps me to unite survivors, advocates, and supporters under one mission: to end heart disease.
