Designing What’s Next with Purpose
Hey Reader Friends,
It’s the little things I notice like the grass is not growing as fast, signaling its going dormant.

The leaves are already turning in north Georgia, and Q3 isn’t just approaching it’s here, nudging us to make decisions that stretch into the first quarter of the new year. Even our preliminary concepts for Teams Against Heart Disease are already stirring. Yes, it’s that close.
Legacy-led leaders like me aren’t just crunching numbers, we’re designing systems, refining patterns, rebranding with purpose, and reimagining what’s possible. Bottom line, I’m choosing what stays, what shifts, and what finally gets released.
This organization has accomplished a great deal in the outreach efforts through the programs developed by building trust, creating access, and making an impact. I have learned where to pivot, where to deepen connections, and how to implement what is necessary for the communities we serve.

Whether you are mentoring youth, tracing family roots, designing outreach that heals — this is your moment to protect what matters most: ✨ Your time ✨ Your energy ✨ Your ability to lead without losing connection to your purpose.
At Chip’n Away @ Heart Disease and the soon to launch new business venture, "4Seasons Like This," seasonal shifts aren’t just calendar flips.
So as Q4 rises, pause and ask in the season of the fourth quarter of 2025:
What does discernment look like in this chapter of your legacy?
Where is your presence actually needed — not just assumed?
And what are you still holding onto that you can now choose to let go of?
This is where we get to honor what’s been built, release what’s been heavy, and make space for what’s new. I am ready! How about you?
To Your Health, Cynthia
